If something is not right, we will make it right. You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.
Singles must be returned in the same condition and grading they were sent in. Sealed product is returnable only if it remains factory sealed; once opened, sealed product cannot be returned. Graded and slabbed cards are returnable only in their original, untampered case. Buylist submissions and event entries are final.
To start a return, contact us with your order number and we will send a prepaid label if the return is due to our error. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
